Leave tea bag in refrigerator to cool rooibos tea inside. Once the tea is cool, you can apply that rooibos tea as your regular toner with cotton wool.

Soaking cloth or small towel to make rooibos compress in cooled rooibos tea.

Add some drops of essential oil like lavender as you wish. Such as eczema patches, you can apply rooibos compress to skin over trouble areas directly. You can take spray bottle and put rooibos tea inside and use it in hot months as cooling spritz.

Steam facial with rooibos.

Clean off all of surface impurities by wash your face regularly. Start with boiling 3 cups of water so add two rooibos teabags.

Take pot or large bowl and put the contents inside. Cover the towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over bowl, let the steam work to open your pores. You can do like this for 5 – 10 minutes, so that rinse your face and follow up the face with cool splash or toner to close all of your pores.

For dry skin, you may make your own natural moisturizer.

Mix 1 – 3 cup coconut oil, 3 – 4 cup of olive oil and 1 – 4 cup of liquid beeswax. Heat that ingredients in your microwave until melted, and then pour it into your heavy-duty blender.

Let the mixture to cool and thicken. Once its cooled, you can add 1 – 3 cup aloe vera gel, 1 – 4 tea spoon vitamin E and 2 – 3 cup cooled rooibos tea. If you desired, you can add 5 drops of lavender essential oil. Mix well and this is thick mixture.

Add 3 rooibos tea bags into hot water and fill your tub up halfway.

Allow the mixture brew for at least 5 minutes. Soak as long as you wish after added some cool water. Not only to brightening your skin, this rooibos mix is also great for dealing with sunburns and itchy skin.
