Selecting your face can be deeper problem than just simple pimple or black spot on your nerves. Like many things, some people are addicted to collect on their faces. Sometimes they are so bad that they hope to get acne or large pimple, just so they can give him big squeeze.

Bad habits take time to break. Every time you get urge to pick your face, immediately do something else for at least 10 minutes to let feeling pass. Throw away all of your magnifying mirrors.

It’s better to have short fingernails for awhile than big ugly, infected sores and scars on face from picking at acne. Keep some bubble wrap on hand. When you can’t fight habit, see if popping and pinching bubble wrap helps you overcome urge.

Another option is negative reinforcement. Wear rubber band around your wrist and snap it every time you feel like picking.
