If so, turn each shutoff all way clockwise to shut off supply of water to faucet. Locate screw that holds on tap handles. Sometimes there are button caps that cover screws.

button caps will sometimes have letter C and H on them for hot and cold taps. Use flathead screwdriver to pry off button caps to reveal screws on taps. Use Phillips-head screwdriver to unscrew screw on each tap that holds on handles.

Pull off handles by hand. If handles are stuck, use pair of slip-joint pliers to grasp them and pull them off faucet stem.
