Put on pair of rubber gloves. Spray inside of sink with hydrofluoric acid and allow it to penetrate enamel of sink for 20 minutes. This will make sink more porous to receive paint and primer but also remove stains and discolorations.

Rinse it off with clean water. Spray inside of sink evenly with waterproof primer. Allow it to dry for at least six hours.

Spray inside of sink with waterproof paint. Allow 24 hours for paint to dry fully.
