Do Grapevine Aerobic Exercise

Almost every aerobic exercise routine will include stage of vine. It’s fun to do and really helps get your momentum. Practice steps below to learn how to make passage of vine in your aerobic exercise training.

Start by standing with your feet side by side in area that allows you to move around like dance floor or gym space. Learn accompanying step counts. There are eight counts in complete sequence.

Do Grapevine Aerobic Exercise

You will use 4 counts moving to your first side direction and 4 counts moving in opposite direction back to your starting point. There will be 8 steps or 8 actual times that you step on foot in grapevine movement. Step out to your right side on your right foot count 1 .

The left leg steps behind right foot or crosses behind to place left foot on ground count 2 . Step out to right again with right foot count 3 and bring left foot beside right foot count 4 . Repeat previous steps in reverse order.

Step out to your left side with your left foot count 5 . Step behind left foot or cross behind with right foot count 6 . Step out to left again with left foot count 7 and bring right foot beside left foot count 8 .

You’ve now completed 8-count grapevine aerobic movement. Make your steps noticeably big and match your steps to beat of music. Add arm movements up and down to add intensity to grapevine step.
